As these
vultures daily seek to devour decaying flesh, so too our adversary
the devil is seeking whom he may devour. He has come to steal, to
kill and to destroy.
He wants to steal our joy, our peace, and
our finances. He wants to destroy our health and our relationships.
He wants to keep us carnally minded, trapped in sin and
separated from Christ. For the carnal mind is enmity against God and
the wages of sin is death.

Jesus Christ
came so that we may have life, and that we may have it more
abundantly.
Through the blood of Jesus we are justified, made
righteous, just as if we had never sinned.
Through the blood of
Jesus we are redeemed out of the hands of Satan.
